X3NIA can be used as an alternative to the hotels traditional hotel duty managers logbook (used by Front Office Managers, Duty Managers, and Guest Experience Managers), as a means to keep track of guest complaints coming from restaurants, banquet events, and in-room dining, as well as providing an easy way to notify key hotel employees on security issues. Possible situations include informing a door was found ajar, reporting a lost child, or warning of a bee hive located at the hotels entrance.
